2020 Results Guidance

To ensure this is a smooth process and provide student with the opportunity to access specific information the school will be able to support students who may have several queries. All correspondence must be done electronically using the following Exams contact email address:

Should you have any queries relating to A LEVEL or GCSE results then please email this address with the student’s name and Form group in the Subject line of the email.

We are unable to take any phone call enquiries and unable to make any face to face appointments)


Issue of exam results

A LEVEL – Thursday 13 August

GCSE – Thursday 20 August

Last date for school to receive CAG/SAR (Subject Access Request) queries 16th September (12.00pm)

(Statutory GDPR timeframe will be of one calendar month from the day on which the SAR is received

In light of the latest Ofqual guidance (11/08/2020), we will be providing mock result data that will be included in the results envelope.
We would advise that you carefully review your results before making any decisions with regards to an appeal being made.


CAG Request/Rank Request (CAG)

If you wish to request any CAG grades, then please do this via this email address resultsenquiries@st-albans.suffolk.sch.uk

If you wish to request your grade ranking for any subjects, you must submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) form which is available by emailing the above address.  Please note that any SAR received after the results publication date, then the usual GDPR statutory timeframe will be of one calendar month from the day on which the SAR was received.
