More and more young people are realising the benefits of staying on at school after the age of sixteen to gain further qualifications.

Qualifications will enable you to apply for higher education courses or to enter a career with exciting opportunities.Being a member of a vibrant and hardworking sixth form is an excellent preparation for adult life beyond school. It can also be great fun!

Our sixth form benefits from purpose-built accommodation on our existing Digby Road site. The buildings provide facilities for in excess of 200 students.

There is no 'uniform' as such, but we will expect you to dress in a smart, casual way. This will help create a professional and business-like working environment and will also set a positive example to younger pupils.

We are offering an extensive range of courses, as well as other supporting studies and qualifications. Our sixth form offers the ideal blend of broad curriculum, excellent facilities and a friendly but challenging environment.

We are big enough to provide for students' needs and small enough to meet them through knowing the individual student well.

You will also be able to investigate and experience the world of work. Our extensive links with industry and commerce will enhance your sixth form studies

As well as academic qualifications there are other important aspects to sixth form life. For example, we provide you with the opportunities to develop personal skills and qualities that are highly valued by employers and by universities and colleges.

You will be encouraged to become more independent in your studies and to take on more adult responsibilities. As a Christian school, we will encourage some form of community service or charity fund-raising in support of the under-privileged.
